SHIPPING:
STELLA seeks to be a conscious consumer platform in which we celebrate "slow fashion". Most of our pieces are made to order so there is no waste or overproduction. Because each piece is unique and handmade, there are different shipping policies for each one, each piece has a different delivery time, which will not be more than 20 business days in regular pieces, in PRE - ORDER pieces the time will be longer, stipulated in the description of each piece.
Shipping in México: Our shipping is free in Mexico. The delivery time is from 1 to 7 working days, you will be followed up by email. Once your piece is ready to be shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package.
International shipping: The delivery time for international shipping will be specified at the end of the order, as well as the shipping cost. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package.
Orders received before 2:00 pm. Will be processed the same day, and orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. The customer will receive notification of their purchase and the moment it is processed.
Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Orders received Saturday and Sunday and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.
STELLA does not cover the taxes or customs fees imposed by each country at the time of importation. The customs policies of each country are different so we cannot predict what that charge will be. Taxes regarding the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, contact your local customs office.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All changes and returns must be authorized by STELLA.
You have 3 calendar days after the piece has been delivered by the courier to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to: stellaelcardenal@gmail.com indicating the reason for the return. For your convenience, you will be provided with a pre-paid guide so that you can only print it and paste it on your package. Returned parts must be in perfect condition, new and with their corresponding labels. Once we receive the package to be returned, and its status is verified, your refund will be processed through the same payment method you used within 15 business days. NOTE: $200.00 MXN will be deducted from your total refund as the cost for the return.
This same policy applies in case of making a return by default, which will have to be verified with images and description in an email during the first 3 calendar days after receiving the purchase.
*Shipping costs are not refundable.
